Consulting Hours

In general surgeries run at the following times but may vary between doctors each day:

AM Surgeries

08.30 - 12.30

PM Surgeries

14.00 - 18.00

All consultations are by appointment only. Appointments are usually available to book in 4 weeks in advance

How to book an appointment

All patients registered with The Manor Clinic are able to book an appointment with our team of healthcare professionals.

Appointments can be booked by calling the surgery on 01303 851122, by using our online consultation service between 6pm and 8pm Sunday to Thursday, or via self-book link provided by the surgery via SMS.

You can also book appointments via the NHS app - Log in - NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)

All appointments sent in via our online appointment service are triaged by our clinical practitioners. The clinical practitioners will review your consultation and you will receive a text message or a phone call with an appointment.

Extended Appointments

We are able to offer appointments from 08.15-18.30

We are also able to offer appointments based at the Hub at the Royal Victoria Hospital who will see patients from 08:00-20:00 for minor illness seven days a week. This is NOT the Minor Injuries Clinic, which is run separately.

If you call 111 during out of hours, they will also be able to book a Hub appointment for you, they also have appointments available to pre-book at the surgery.

Can't make your appointment

If you are no longer able to make your appointment or feel you no longer need it, please try to notify our staff as early as possible to allow this appointment to be given to another patient.

Failure to notify the practice will result in a failure to attend (DNA) to be recorded.

You will receive an appointment reminder via SMS before your appointment if you wish to cancel you can text back CANCEL and your appointment will automatically be cancelled, you can also cancel your appointment via the NHS app.
