COVID-19

Due to the corona virus pandemic we have changed the way we book appointments. All appointments are triaged by a GP or by our clinical practitioner’s.  They will call you and will decide if they can treat you either over the phone or by a video consultation. The GP's will only ask you to come to the surgery if they are unable to help over the phone or through video consultation.

If a clinician asks you to attend the GP surgery, please can we ask you to wear a face covering, this is to protect both us and yourselves.

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms can use the below link or call 119 to arrange a test. You can also call 119 if you have any questions about a test you have booked or to chase the results.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions can be requested either through econsult or posting repeat prescriptions through the Manor Clinic door. Please call the surgery to speak to reception if you have any queries on ordering repeat medication. Please allow 2-3 working days for prescriptions to be sent to the chemist.

Please note that the chemists are under extreme pressure therefore allow 2-3 working days to prepare your prescription.
