Repeat Prescriptions

All repeat prescriptions must be submitted in writing, either by using our online consultation service, by attending the surgery or by emailing KMICB.manorclinicprescriptions@nhs.net

The best way to order prescription is via the NHS app as this goes straight to the GP. Log in - NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)

We cannot take routine repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Please do not ask for repeat prescriptions during consultations with clinicians as time does not permit this to happen.

Repeat prescriptions take a minimum of 48 -72 hours to be processed; this does not include weekend or bank holidays.

Please note that the chemists are under extreme pressure therefore allow 2-3 working days to prepare your prescription. 

Nominating a Pharmacy

To nominate a pharmacy for your prescriptions to go electronically you can contact the surgery on 01303 851122 or email the surgery at KMICB.themanorclinic@nhs.net, you can also go to your chosen pharmacy or you can pick a nomination via the NHS app.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
