All patients registered with The Manor Clinic are able to book an appointment with our team of healthcare professionals. This includes our GPs, ACP's, practice nurses and other healthcare professionals.

To book an appointment with the nursing team you can call the surgery on 01303 851122 from 8am to 6pm. We will also be sending a self-book link for all annual reviews so you are able to book an appointment convenient for you.
Requests for home visits need to be made before 10am. Only those medically unfit to travel can be seen at home. You can also be visited at home by our home visiting team of approriate clinicians if you are referred to that team by your GP.
The duty doctor may telephone before visiting in order to prioritise visit requests.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
We offer appointments from 8:15am to 6:30pm.
We are also able to offer appointments based at the Hub at the Royal Victoria Hospital who will see patients from 8am to 8pm for minor illness seven days a week. This is NOT the Minor Injuries Clinic, which is run separately.
If you call 111 during out of hours, they will also be able to book a Hub appointment for you, they also have appointments available to pre-book at the surgery.

Appointments by phone, video call, text or by email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
If you are no longer able to make your appointment or feel you no longer need it, please try to notify our staff as early as possible to allow this appointment to be given to another patient.
Failure to notify the practice will result in a failure to attend (DNA) to be recorded.

If you need medical help when we are closed, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
